Abstract:
Podjetja pri svojem poslovanju ne upoštevajo le ekonomski vidik poslovanja, temveč tudi okoljski in socialni vidik poslovanja. Taka podjetja proizvajajo varne in okolju prijazne izdelke, z sodobno tehnologijo, postopki in materiali želijo zmanjšati negativen vpliv proizvodnje na okolje, se aktivno vključujejo v lokalno skupnost z podporo raznim organizacijam, društvom in tako prispevajo pomemben del k razvoju okolja v katerem delujejo. Družbena odgovornost podjetja tako postaja vse bolj aktualna, sploh v zaostrenih pogojih poslovanja, ki jih je prinesla zadnja gospodarska kriza, po letu 2008. V času ekonomske negotovosti je veliko podjetij prisiljenih svoje stroške poslovanja na različne načine znižati na minimum, tudi sredstva namenjena za družbeno odgovornost. Nekatera podjetja namesto, da bi se razvijala in izpopolnjevala na tem področju, nazadujejo. Vprašamo se lahko ali se vračamo nazaj v čase, ko je bil dobiček edino merilo uspešnosti? V nalogi smo želeli izpostaviti pomembnost družbeno odgovornega poslovanja in opredeliti vpliv družbene odgovornosti na delovanje podjetij. Zanimalo nas je tudi kakšno je sedanje stanje družbeno odgovornega poslovanja v Sloveniji. Rezultati naše ankete so pokazali, da presoja družbene odgovornosti ni odvisna od velikosti posameznega podjetja, saj so družbeno odgovorna tako velika, kot tudi srednje velika in mala podjetja. Kljub gospodarski krizi in močnemu vplivu le-te, podjetja namenjajo velik del sredstev za družbeno odgovornost, čeprav so sredstva za družbeno odgovornost tudi v nekaterih podjetjih zmanjšali s prihodom krize. Ugotavljamo, da je le načrtovan pristop k družbeni odgovornosti, lahko dolgoročno tudi poslovno koristen in učinkovit.

Title:
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF ENTERPRISERS' BUSINESS
Abstract:
Companies not only consider the economic aspect of business but also environmental and social aspect of it. Such companies produce environmentally friendly products based on modern technology, techniques and materials, which reduce negative impacts of production on the environment. They are also actively involved in the local community with the support of various organizations, societies, and thereby contribute to the development of an important part of the environment in which they operate. Corporate Social Responsibility is becoming important topic, even in harsh operating conditions, recent one being the economic crisis of 2008. During economic uncertainty, many companies are forced to cut costs to a minimum and resources intended for social responsibility are no exception. Some companies are therefore regressing in this area. We should ask ourselves; are we going back in time where profit was the only liable benchmark? This thesis wants to highlight the importance of corporate social responsibility and identify its impact on the business of the companies. We were also interested the current state of corporate social responsibility in Slovenia. The results of our survey showed that the assessment of social responsibility does not depend on the size of each company, as we also find socially responsible large, medium-sized and small businesses. Despite the economic crisis and the strong influence of the latter, companies still devote a large part of the funds for social responsibility, even though the means of social responsibility in some companies dropped notable with the arrival of crisis. We find that a planned approach to corporate social responsibility can also be useful in long term for business wellbeing.
