Abstract:
Diplomska naloga opisuje potek integracije informacijskega sistema (IS) podjetja Turboinštitut v IS Kolektor Group, s podrobnejšo analizo uvajanja proizvodnega modula sistema SAP ECC 6.0. Prevzem družbe Turboinštitut se je zgodil oktobra 2013, integracija IS pa se izvaja v letu 2014. Po prevzemu podjetja si vodilni želijo hitrega vključevanja prevzetega podjetja v organizacijsko kulturo in način dela prevzemnika. Pri tem igra pomembno vlogo informacijska tehnologija (IT), saj si danes brez nje ne predstavljamo učinkovitega doseganja strateških ciljev in sinergijskih učinkov. Problem uspešne IT integracije po prevzemu podjetja smo obravnavali s splošnega organizacijskega vidika in tudi konkretno na primeru uvajanja proizvodnega IS v podjetju Turboinštitut potem, ko ga je prevzela Skupina Kolektor.

INFORMATION SYSTEM INTEGRATION AFTER ACQUISITION
Abstract:
The thesis describes the course of the integration of information systems (IS) of Turboinštitut in IS Kolektor Group, with detailed analysis of the SAP ECC 6.0 production module implementation. The acquisition of Turboinštitut took place in October 2013, IS integration has been carried out in the year 2014. After taking over the company, CEOs want to speed the integration of target company into the organizational culture and working methods of the bidder company. There is an important role for information technology (IT) in this process. Actually, today we can’t imagine efficient achieving of strategic goals and synergistic effects without it. We discussed the problem of successful IT integration after the acquisition from general organizational point of view and also specifically in the case of the introduction of SAP in the Turboinštitut’s production after it was taken over by Kolektor Group.
