Abstract:
Skladišče predstavlja prostor, v katerem blago čaka na kupca, predstavlja čakanje na nadaljnji potek in uporabo izdelka. Tako se logistični sistem, ki vodi od dobavitelja do končnega kupca, nekoliko ustavi, vez med začetkom in končnim kupcem se v skladiščnem segmentu raztegne in časovno podaljša. To časovno razliko želimo z reorganizacijo skladišča zmanjšati in usmeriti misli na sodobno tehnologijo. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili obstoječe stanje v izbranem podjetju, njihov proces uskladiščevanja, komisioniranja in odprave blaga. Procese smo preučili in raziskali vzroke za zastoj na transportnih poteh. Celoten postopek smo predstavili s kritično analizo in na njeni podlagi podali predloge za izboljšan sistem delovanja ter skrajšano vez logističnega sistema v skladiščnem segmentu. Z reorganizacijo skladišča smo vključili valjčni transporter ter smiselno razporedili skladišče. S tem smo omogočili prost pretok transportnih poti, zmanjšali časovno vez in omogočili nadaljnji razvoj skladišča.

Title:
Warehouse reorganization with conveyor installation
Abstract:
Warehouse represents space where the goods are waiting for a certain customer. We could say that represents the waiting point for the further progress and final use of product. Also the logistics system that leads from supplier to final customer on that point stops a little bit. So bond that travels from the beginning to the final customer and time extends a little in the warehouse segment. Differences in time, we want to improve with warehouse reorganization and open the view to the modern technology. With the existing station we represented warehousing, commissioning and dispatching goods in company which is the subject of the thesis research. We investigated and researched processes and discovered the possibility of obstruction could be in transport routes of bonds process. All procedure of obstruction we represented in critical analysis and based on this analysis presented suggestions for the improved operation system with reducing of logistics system bond in warehouse segment. In the warehouse reorganization were included cylinder transporter and logically allocated space in warehouse. So with this reorganization we enabled free movement of transport route, reduced the bond time and enable further development of the warehouse.
