Title:OPTIMIZACIJA ČIŠČENJA PAKIRNIH LINIJ V FARMACEVTSKI INDUSTRIJI

Abstract:V diplomskem delu bomo predstavili potek čiščenj na pakirnih linijah v Pakirnici trdnih izdelkov. Za dosego cilja, to je skrajšanje časov čiščenja, smo se odločili zaradi večje učinkovitosti in zniževanja stroškov. Skozi analize čiščenj se je pokazalo, da v pakirnici trdnih izdelkov potrebujemo dislocirano enoto za čiščenje formatnih delov in tako je nastala ideja za projekt uvedbe centralne pralnice. Naš projekt temelji na iskanju načina, kako poleg zagotavljanja enake ravni kakovosti končnih izdelkov predpisati potek čiščenj, katera smo časovno omejili. Predstavili bomo nov proces dela z uvedbo pranja formatnih delov v pomivalnem stroju v centralni pralnici izven linije in uvedbo dvojnikov formatnih delov za vse pakirne linije. Z uvedbo dvojnikov formatnih delov smo zagotovili, da so vsa pakirna orodja stalno na razpolago.

Title:PACKING LINE CLEANING OPTIMIZATION IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
Abstract:In the following Bachelor thesis we will present a project, where we shortened the cleaning times of solid product packing lines. The reason to achieve this goal (cleaning time reduction) was to obtain more time for regular production, to gain higher productivity and to lower the costs. Our project is based on finding the way how to, in addition to providing the same level of quality of finished products, stipulate the cleaning processes, which are limited in time. Our challenge was to shorten the packing lines cleaning process with implementation of washing format parts in the central washroom outside the packing line and with implementation of using the format parts duplicates on all packing lines. By analysing the results, we find that we have managed to significantly reduce cleaning time and gain the time for production.
