Abstract:
Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V medicinskem delu je opisana anatomija, fiziologija ter bolezni trebušne slinavke. Drugi del diplomskega dela predstavlja zdravstveno nego bolnika pri kirurškem zdravljenju trebušne slinavke ter najpogostejše negovalne diagnoze po operaciji. Opisana je tudi prehrana bolnika po operaciji, najpogostejša priporočila za prehrano bolnika na domu po odpustu iz bolnišnice ter po operaciji. Diplomsko delo s pomočjo domače, tuje literature in razpoložljivih internetnih virov povzema spoznanja o pomenu prehrane ter zdravstveno vzgojno delo po kirurškem zdravljenju trebušne slinavke.

Title:
NURSING AND NUTRITIONAL CARE OF PATIENTS IN SURGICAL TREATMENT OFTHE PANCREAS
Abstract:
The diploma consists of two parts. In the medical section describes the anatomy, physiology and diseases of the pancreas. The second part of the thesis presents nursing care of the patient in the surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer and the most common nursing diagnoses after surgery. Also disclosed is the diet of the patient after surgery, the most common recommendations for nutrition care at home after discharge from the hospital and after surgery. Diploma work with domestic, foreign literature and internet resources available summarizes lessons about the importance of nutrition and health education work after surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer.
