Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava nadzor kakovosti procesa izdelave pokrova diferenciala v podjetju CNC P&K d.o.o. Predstavljena je organiziranost nadzora kakovosti, merilne opreme in obvladovanje stroškov kakovosti. Narejen je konkreten izračun na podlagi hipotetičnih vrednosti, v katerem je naveden prihodek, izmet in čisti dobiček (odšteti so stroški izmeta, vzdrževanja merilnih naprav, strojev in obdelovalnih orodij). Navedene so investicije v zvezi z obravnavanim izdelkom, s katerimi bo podjetje lahko povečalo proizvodnjo, pridobilo na še večji tržni vrednosti in zaupanju kupcev.

Title:Qualty supervision in the process of producing differential cover
Abstract:My diploma thesis deals with quality control in the production process of a gear differential cover in the company CNC P&K d.o.o. Organisation of quality control, measuring equipment and cost management in quality control is presented. A concrete calculation based on hypothetical values, containing gross income, scrap products and net income (costs of scrap products, upkeep costs of measuring devices, machines and working tools were deducted) has been made. Investments, dealing with the end product at hand, are listed, which will enable the company to increase their manufacturing capacity and hence gain in market value and in the confidence of its customers.
