Abstract:Na poslovanje podjetja lahko vplivajo različne stvari. Najpomembneje je, da podjetje posluje dobro, kar pomeni, da dosega rezultate, ki so pozitivni. Prav management je odgovoren za pozitivno ali negativno poslovanje podjetja. Naloga obravnava vpliv managerjev na poslovanje podjetja. Predvsem cilje podjetja, poslovne partnerje podjetja in nagrajevanje. Managerji lahko pomembno vplivajo na poslovanje podjetja. Prav od njihovega dela je odvisno, kako bo poslovalo podjetje. V nalogi so predstavljene različne ravni managementa, predstavljeni so različni udeleženci podjetja, ter drugi različni vidiki, ki so za podjetje pomembni pri njegovem poslovanju. Podjetje mora biti uspešno, če želi poslovati na trgu. Naloga govori tudi o uspešnem managerju, osredotoča se na lastnosti dobrega managerja. Obravnavane so različne vrste ciljev, ki si jih podjetje lahko postavi, predstavljene so različne vrste nagrad, katere lahko prejema manager ali zaposleni v podjetju, predstavljeni so tudi poslovni partnerji podjetja – dobavitelji in odjemalci. V nalogi sta predstavljena primera dveh podjetij, ki poslujeta na trgu. Na začetku je v primeru obeh podjetij predstavljena dejavnost podjetja, v nadaljevanju so obravnavani še cilji, njihov vpliv na poslovanje in delo managerja, nagrajevanje in vpliv na poslovanje podjetja, ter managerjev vpliv na pridobivanje poslovnih partnerjev. Predstavljeni so še predlogi za izboljšave v obeh primerih podjetij. To so izboljšave, ki so možne v posameznem podjetju. V sklepnem delu so obravnavane še postavljene hipoteze, komentirana in predstavljena so tudi spoznanja.

Title:THE IMPACT OF MANAGERS ON BUSINESS
Abstract:The business of the company can be influenced by diverse factors. What’s the most important is that the company operates well which means that it achieves results which are positive. Positive or negative operating of the company is management’s responsibility. The thesis discusses the impact of managers on business, mostly the objectives of the company, business partners and the system of rewarding. Managers can have a significant impact on business. It depends predominantly on their work how the company will operate. The thesis also presents different levels of management, presented are different participants of the company, and other various aspects which are important for the company in its business. The company has to be successful if it wants to do business in the market. The thesis talks about a successful manager, it focuses on the characteristics of a good manager. Represented are different kinds of goals which the company can have, the thesis deals with different kinds of awards, which manager or employee in company can receive, presented are also business partners – suppliers and customers. In the thesis, there are two cases of companies that do business in the market. In both cases the representation begins with the activity of the company followed by the goals, their influence on business and management work, rewarding and its influence on business company, and manager`s influence on getting business partners. There is the presentation of suggestions for improvements in both cases of companies. These are improvements that are possible within a single company. The conclusion deals with appointed hypothesis as well as presentation of findings.
