Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti pomen in prednosti preventivnega vzdrževanja ter možnosti podjetja za prehod k učinkovitejšemu delovanju s pomočjo planiranja vzdrževalnih del. Diplomsko delo temelji na študiji primera izbranega proizvodnega podjetja. V prvem delu je bila izvedena analiza obstoječega načina vzdrževanja v podjetju. Raziskovalni pristop je temeljil na kvalitativnih metodah, kot so študija dokumentacije, opazovanje in intervjuji z odgovornimi osebami v podjetju. V okviru diplomskega dela je bila izdelana tehnološka lista za ključne stroje v proizvodnem procesu, ki zagotavlja podatke o delovnih strojih, intervale potrebnega vzdrževanja in opis vzdrževalnega dela. Na osnovi ugotovitev so bile predlagane nove možnosti in izboljšave na področju vzdrževanja v podjetju. Rezultat študije je izoblikovana osnovna tehnološka dokumentacija. Za opredelitev osnovnih vzdrževalnih del je namenjena tehnološka lista delovnih sredstev, nadgrajena s celoletnim planom preventivnega vzdrževanja, ki je dopolnjen z evidenco okvar. Poleg izoblikovane osnovne tehnološke dokumentacije predlagamo še računalniško podprto upravljanje računalniških sistemov.

DEVELOPMENT OF AN ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN
Abstract:
Companies often meet with failures in the manufacturing process. Every failure causes extra costs, therefore more and more companies want to establish more effective preventive maintenance system. Aim of the Diploma Thesis is to present significance and advantages of preventive maintenance and possibility for companies to accomplish more efficient manufacturing process with help of planned maintenance tasks. The Diploma Thesis is based on a company's case study. In the first part, an analysis of company's current maintenance program is made. Research approach was based on qualitative procedures, for example study of documentation, observation and interviews with people in charge. In the context of the Diploma Thesis a technological documentation was designed for key machines in the production process. This documentation provides all necessary data about machines, their service description and service intervals. Based on findings, new maintenance possibilities and improvements were suggested. Result of study is a basic technological documentation which is intended for definition of basic preventive maintenance work, upgraded to annual schedule of preventive maintenance, together with a record of failures. In addition, to the basic technological documentation, we propose a computer-aided management of maintenance systems.
