Abstract:
Ravnanje z odpadki je ena najpomembnejših in slabo rešenih nalog v okviru varstva okolja v Sloveniji. Odpadki so veliko breme za okolje, zato jih je potrebno odlagati na ustrezna mesta, jih predelati in ponovno uporabiti ali pa s procesom kompostiranja vrniti nazaj v naravo. Celoten postopek od zbiranja, skladiščenja, predelave in ponovne uporabe vodi politika ravnanja z odpadki. Pojem odpadki je širok, zato je v diplomskem delu poudarek samo na komunalnih odpadkih, s katerimi se srečujemo vsak dan.

Policy of municipal waste in Celje
Abstract:
Waste management is one of the most important tasks which is poorly resolved within environmental protection in Slovenia. Waste is a heavy burden for the environment, thats why it is important that they are disposed in the appropriate location, re-used or returned back into nature throughout the process of composting. The entire process of gathering, warehousing, processing and reuse is managed by waste policy. The concept of waste is very wide, this is why thesis focused only on municipal waste which we are facing in our everyday lives.
