Abstract:
Ko govorimo o bontonu mislimo na družbeno spremenljivo vedenje, ki ga določata etika in morala. Pravila lepega vedenja so vedno obstajala in bodo tudi v prihodnje, čeprav se malo spreminjajo, ker so izraz duha časa razmerij moči in socialne strukture. Pravila lepega vedenja nam morajo pomagati pri povezovanju in nas ne smejo ovirati. Pomembno pa je, da krepijo medsebojno razumevanje, strpnost in izkazujejo pripravljenost pomagati. Vsakdo ima svojo osebnost, dostojanstvo zaradi česar uporablja svoja pravila obnašanja, kar pa nas ne sme zbegati, da bi zaradi tega mi izgubili svojo pokončnost Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti bonton pri komuniciranju medicinske sestre s pacientom.

Title:
Etiquette in healthcare
Abstract:
When we talk about etiquette we bear in mind the changing social behaviour, defined by ethics and morals. The rules of etiquette have always existed and will continue to do so, even if they change a bit as they are an expression of the zeitgeist, power relations and social structures. Etiquette should help us to connect, not hinder us. It is important that they strengthen mutual understanding, tolerance and demonstrate a willingness to help. Everyone has their own personality, dignity, and therefore using own rules of behaviour, but we should not get confused that this would make us lose our uprightness. The purpose of the thesis is to present etiquette in the communication of nurses with patients.
