Abstract:
Krožki kakovosti so ena izmed metod managementa kakovosti, ki jih v organizaciji lahko uporabljamo za stalno izboljševanje kakovosti. Predstavljajo pristop od spodaj navzgor, kjer zaposleni s svojimi idejami, znanjem in sodelovanjem na organiziran način izboljšujejo svoje delo in storitve, ki jih opravljajo. V magistrski nalogi Uvajanje krožkov kakovosti za izboljšanje kakovosti v domovih starejših občanov smo s pomočjo teoretične podlage in rezultatov empiričnega dela oblikovali načrte za izvajanje treh krožkov kakovosti. V nalogi predstavljamo uvajanje krožkov v treh korakih. Prikazan je tudi primer izvajanja enega izmed krožkov v socialno varstveni ustanovi. V metodološkem pristopu smo za proučevanje izbrali vzorec 122 anketiranih iz populacije zaposlenih v zdravstveno-negovalnih enotah desetih domov starejših občanov in dveh oddelkov bolnišnic. Raziskovalni instrument je bil pisni in anonimni anketni vprašalnik. Za obdelane podatke smo uporabili kvalitativno metodo in interpretacijo. Rezultate smo analizirali s pomočjo SPSS-programa in jih s pomočjo programov Microsoft Office Excel in Microsoft Word prikazali z grafi in tabelami. Rezultati so pokazali, da je več kot polovica anketiranih mnenja, da bi bilo v organizacijo dobro uvesti krožke kakovosti. Anketirani bi na krožkih reševali predvsem težave pri svojem delu, katerih rešitve bi privedle do konstruktivnih odnosov s svojci, do dobrih medsebojnih odnosov in do boljšega pretoka informacij. Večina anketiranih meni, da bi z izvajanjem krožkov kakovosti izboljšali tudi kazalnike kakovosti. Odgovorili smo na raziskovalno vprašanje, ali so krožki kakovosti primerna in smiselna metoda za izboljševanje kakovosti v domovih starejših občanov. Z neparametričnim testom deležev smo potrdili tudi vse tri hipoteze.

INTRODUCTION OF QUALITY CIRCLES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF QUALITY IN NURSING HOMES FOR ELDERLY
Abstract:
Quality circles are one of the methods of quality management that can be used for continuous quality improvement within an organization. They represent a bottom-up approach. With their ideas, knowledge and participation all interested employees can actively improve their work. In the master thesis entitled »Introduction of quality circles for the improvement of quality in nursing homes for elderly« we were using theoretical basis and the results of the empirical part to design plans for the implementation of the three quality circles. In the thesis we present the introduction of circles in three steps. An example of the implementation of one of the circles in a social protection institution is also shown. In methodological approach we selected a sample of 122 surveyed of the population employed in the health-care units of ten nursing homes and two hospital departments for study purpose. The research instrument was a written and anonymous survey questionnaire. We used the qualitative method and interpretation for processed data. The results were analyzed by using the SPSS program and were displayed in graphs and tables in Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Word. The results showed that more than half of the respondents considered that it would be good to introduce the quality circles into the organization. The respondents would in circles primarily solve problems at their work; the solutions would lead to constructive relations with relatives, to good interpersonal relationships and to a better flow of information. The majority of respondents believe that the implementation of quality circles would improve quality indicators. We answered the research question, whether the quality circles are appropriate and sensible method for improving quality in nursing homes. With the nonparametric test we also confirmed all three of the hypothesis.
