Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava in predstavlja programsko opremo XIBO ter njegovo vključenost v različna sistema delovanja. V prvem delu opisuje učinkovito komunikacijo med človekom in strojem, z vsemi sodobnimi načini in storitvami, ki so na voljo in so uporabljeni pri zasnovi novega sistema. V samem jedru prikazuje analiziran obstoječi sistem in zasnovani predlagani sistem z operacijskim sistemom Android. Povzema tudi sorodna sistema delovanja. V zadnjem delu predstavlja empirični del, ki temelji na zasnovi novega sistema in je preizkušen na primeru sistema Univerze v Mariboru. V zaključku povzema rezultate analize ter ugotovitve hipotez in zastavljenih ciljev.

Title:BROADCASTING CONTENTS WITH THE XIBO SOFTWARE ON LCD SCREENS BY USING THE ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEM
Abstract:The diploma thesis deals with the software XIBO and its incorporation into different operating systems. In the first part of the thesis a successful communication between a computer and a person is presented, as well as contemporary ways and services which are available and used in designing the concept of a new system. In the main part the analysis of the current system is presented and a concept of the new system based on the Android system is designed. Similar operating systems are also summarised. The last part presents the empirical part, based on the concept of the new system which is tested on the example of its use at University of Maribor. The conclusion summarises the results and findings of hypotheses and aims set.
