Abstract:

Title:
ROLE OF WOMEN IN MODERN MANAGEMENT
Abstract:
Feminism for women paved the way into the business world and today all should be accessible to a woman: marriage, motherhood and successful career. Irrespective to additional burden the job brings, a burden of a household for women was very little alleviated. Modern woman should successfully lead all of these rolls and is now burdened two times: besides career she remains a primary caretaker of her home and family. Very slowly have men begun to accept women as business partners, equal to themselves, but women had to additionally prove themselves and endeavour into changing the mentality of many, who thought women have no place in the business world, especially on the leading positions. For this reason women were more so exposed to the observers who were waiting for every opportunity to find as many mistakes as possible, and so prove that in a business world only men can be successful. Successful business woman has to face a demanding task of balancing her business career and private life. It takes a lot of energy to prove that we are equal to men on one side and to carry out the demands of the family and family life on the other side. This is the core dilemma of a business woman that we will be dealing with in this dissertation.
