Abstract:
Rak dojke je najpogostejše maligno obolenje žensk, tako v svetu, kot pri nas. Zdravljenje je kirurško, z obsevanjem in sistemskimi zdravili (kemoterapija, hormonska in biološka terapija). Z rekonstrukcijo dojke odpravimo estetsko motnjo, povrnemo telesno celovitost in izboljšamo psihološko stanje bolnice ter kakovost njenega življenja. Poznamo različne načine rekonstrukcij (avtologna rekonstrukcija in rekonstrukcija s prsnimi vsadki). Način rekonstrukcije izberemo za vsako bolnico individualno, glede na: telesno zmožnost, splošno stanje bolnice, nadaljevanje zdravljenja in želje bolnice. Namen diplomskega dela je opisati aktivnosti zdravstvene nege pri bolnici po rekonstrukciji dojke z lipofilingom. Za teoretični del diplomskega dela smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela, pri izvedbi študije primera pa kvalitativno metodo dela. Podatke smo pridobili s pomočjo intervjuja. Pri bolnici po rekonstrukciji dojke z lipofilingom sta bila ugotovljena dva prioritetna negovalna problema: nevarnost infekcije in moteno doživljanje telesne podobe. Raziskava je potrdila, da je 11 funkcionalnih vzorcev Marjory Gordon zagotavlja celovito obravnavo bolnice po rekonstrukciji dojke z lipofilingom.

Nursing the patient after breast reconstruction with lipofilling
Abstract:
Breast cancer is the most common form of malign illness in women around the world. The treatment is surgical, including radiation and systemic therapy (chemotherapy, hormonal and biological therapy). Reconstructive breast surgery can help to overcome aesthetics obstacles, return the wholeness of the body, improve the patient’s psychological state of mind and therefore, also her quality of life. We are familiar with different types of reconstructive surgery (autologous breast reconstruction and reconstruction with breast implants). Each type of reconstruction is chosen individually for the patient, considering the physical condition, general state of health, future treatment plans and the patient’s wishes. The aim of this diploma paper is to describe the patient’s healthcare activities after reconstructive surgery using lipofilling. The descriptive method was used to describe the theoretical part of the diploma paper while the qualitative method was used for the execution of the case study. Information was collected with the help of interviews. Two prior treatment problems were detected with the patient after using the lipofilling method for reconstructive surgery; risk of infection and a disturbed experience of one’s body image. The research has confirmed that the eleven functional Marjory Gordon patterns provide a more comprehensive nursing assessment of the patient after reconstructive surgery using lipofilling.
