Title:Trendi kriminalitete v Italiji : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Varstvoslovje

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo s pomočjo dostopnih virov prikazali trende kriminalitete v Italiji in raziskovali gibanje le-teh. Na samem začetku se nam je najprej zastavilo vprašanje, kako lahko sploh ugotavljamo trende kriminalitete. Predvsem smo uporabili znanje o kriminaliteti, ki smo ga pridobili tekom študija, iz ostalih dostopnih statističnih podatkov policije ter preostalih ustanov s področja kazenskega pravosodja. Tako smo pridobili osnovne podatke o kaznivih dejanjih, storilcih in žrtvah. S pomočjo metod tako imenovane opisne statistike smo prikazali obseg, gibanje kriminalitete in njeno regionalno porazdelitev. S samim analiziranjem uradnih podatkov o kriminaliteti lahko ugotovimo obseg, porazdelitev in gibanje števila kaznivih dejanj, vendar na podatke vplivajo tudi zakonodajne opredelitve, usmeritve, način dela in evidentiranja kaznivih dejanj s strani organizacij s področja kazenskega pravosodja.

Abstract:The present thesis using available sources shows trends of criminal offences in Italy and tests the development of it. At the outset, we had to ask ourselves how can we establish any trends of criminal offences. In particular we used the knowledge of criminology obtained during study and from other available statistical data provided by the police and other institutions in the field of criminal justice. Thus, we obtained basic information about the criminal offenses, perpetrators and victims. Using the methods of the so-called descriptive statistics, we demonstrated the extent, the dynamics of crime and its regional distribution. Analysis of the official data can establish the extent, distribution and the dynamics of the number of criminal offences; however the data are affected by legislative definitions, guidelines, working methods and recording of the criminal offenses by the organizations in the field of criminal justice.
