In the empirical part we have used an anonymous survey questionnaire that contained a scale for organizational climate evaluation, and used it as a data collecting method. The research sample included 100 randomly chosen subjects employed at the Celje general hospital. We have surveyed different profiles such as nurses, health care graduates, doctors, economic workers and health administrators. Results: The results gathered by the research are showing that employees are satisfied with the existing organizational climate and that climate also affects the satisfaction itself.
