Title:ANALIZA MOŽNOSTI DALJINSKEGA OGREVANJA OBJEKTOV V MESTU PLEVLJA NA LESNO BIOMASO

Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava možnost izvedbe daljinskega ogrevanja v občini Pljevlja na lesno biomaso. Delo je konceptualno zasnovano tako, da prvi del navaja osnovne informacije o mestu Pljevlja, njegovo vlogo v Črni Gori, vključno z geografskimi in podnebnimi značilnostmi ter osnovne vire s katerimi razpolagajo najbolj pomembne gospodarske družbe, katerih delo vpliva na družbeni razvoj in okolje (zrak, zemljišče, voda, biološka raznovrstnost), katerega stanje je trenutno ocenjeno kot zelo kompleksno. Prvi del predstavlja osnovne kazalce stanja okolja, podatke o škodljivih snoveh in njihovo primerjavo z mejnimi vrednostmi ter njihov vpliv na okolje in ljudi. Sledi koncept sistema ogrevanja mesta, njegov pozitiven vpliv na povečanje kakovosti življenja in zajezitev izraženih negativnih demografskih trendov. Na koncu prvega dela je predstavljena ideja, o možni realizaciji ogrevalnega sistema, ki temelji na izrabi obnovljivih virov, v obravnavanem primeru gozdne biomase in možnosti finančne podpore s strani finančnih institucij Evropske unije. V drugem delu je podana podrobna analiza realizacije projekta za lokalno skupnost, analiza finančnih stroškov in koristi ter ekonomska učinkovitost naložbe projekta. V okviru analize, je v drugem delu magistrskega dela obravnavan sedanji sistem ogrevanja z več manjšimi kotli na premog, analizirano več variant možne dobave toplotne energije in navedene dolžine toplovodnega omrežja. Na koncu obravnave je podana ocena tveganja projekta in doprinos k okoljskim učinkom.V tretjem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljen alternativni koncept izvedbe daljinskega ogrevanja in zaključek.

Title:ANALYSIS OF THE FEASIBILITY OF DISTRICT HEATING OF FACILITIES ON WOOD BIOMASS IN THE CITY PLEVLJA
Abstract:The master’s thesis discusses the possibility to install wood biomass district heating in the municipality of Pljevlja. The thesis is conceptually divided into two parts. The first part gives some basic information about the city of Pljevlja, its role in Montenegro including some geographical and climatic characteristics, and their basic (re)sources available for the most important enterprises, whose work and operation influence the social development and the environment of this area (the air, land, water and biodiversity). The current state of the environment there is estimated as very complex. The first part shows some basic indicators of the environmental state, the data and information on harmful substances and their comparison with limit values, and their effect on the environment and people. Afterwards, a concept of a district heating system is described, and its positive impact on the increase of the life quality and on limiting the expressed negative demographic trends. The first part ends with a presentation of the idea how to possibly implement district heating which is based on the utilisation of renewable energy sources, in our case wood biomass, and how to get financial support from the EU finance institutions. The second part gives a detailed analysis of a project implementation for the local community, the analysis of financial costs and benefits, and viability of the project and its investment. This analysis includes presentation of the existing heating system using several small coal boilers, the analysis of several options for supplying heat energy and their estimated lengths of the hot water system. This discussion ends with giving a risk assessment of the project and its contribution to environmental effects. The third part of the thesis shows an alternative concept of district heating implementation and the conclusion.
