Abstract:
Diplomska naloga obravnava rekonstrukcijo preoblikovalnega orodja za izdelavo dna hladilno-zamrzovalnega aparata. Rekonstrukcija je bila izvedena v podjetju Gorenje Orodjarna, d. o. o., na zahtevo naročnika, podjetja Gorenje, d. d.. Na začetku je predstavljen obstoječ izdelek in orodje, ki ga izdeluje. Orodje je konstruirano za izdelavo štirih podobnih izdelkov. Sledi opis novega izdelka in naročnikovih zahtev. V nadaljevanju so predstavljene osnove izsekovanja in rezanja pločevine. Sledijo teoretične osnove izsekovalnih orodij in izračunani tehnološki parametri. Na koncu je nazorno prikazana konstrukcija celotnega orodja. Predstavljeni so nekateri standardni elementi, ki so uporabljeni v orodju.

Reconstruction of transfer forming tool for refrigerator and freezer unit
Abstract:
The Diploma thesis is about reconstruction of forming tool for construction of the bottom of a refrigerator and freezer unit. The reconstruction was made in Gorenje Orodjarna, d. o. o., by the order from Gorenje, d. d. In the first part of Diploma thesis we get to know the tool, which manufactures the current product. The tool is constructed to be able to manufacture four similar products. Afterwards there is a description of new product and customer specific demands. Then we get to know the basics of punching and shearing of sheet metal. Theoretical basics of punching tools and calculations of technological parameters are also explained. At the end there is a thorough presentation of the entire tool construction and some of the standard elements used in tool.
