Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena moška spolna žleza prostata in zelo razširjena bolezen; rak prostate. Čufer (2006) navaja, da rak prostate prizadene predvsem moške po 50. letu starosti. Opisali smo razvoj raka na prostati in zdravljenje. Najbolj znana odstranitev prostate je radikalna prostatektomija (klasična operacija), vse bolj pa se uveljavlja tudi robotska prostatektomija. V Sloveniji jo izvajajo v Splošni bolnišnici Celje od leta 2010. Zdravstvena nega pacienta po robotski prostatektomiji je specifična. Zelo pomembno je spremljanje bolečine in morebitno razvijanje okužb. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela je opisana procesna metoda dela pri pacientu po robotski prostatektomiji, prav tako so opredeljene specifične naloge medicinske sestre. Vsak operativni poseg predstavlja stresni trenutek v življenju in medicinska sestra mora z svojim znanjem in izkušnjami pomagati pacientu, da izrazi svoja čustva in strahove. Zelo pomembno je pacientu predstaviti prednosti robotske prostatektomije in ponuditi boljšo in kvalitetnejšo možnost zdravljenja bolezni. Trenutno se robot da Vinci v Sloveniji uporablja samo v urologiji, vendar bi lahko z nadgrajevanjem in učenjem robot uporabljali tudi na drugih področjih zdravja. Diplomsko delo je teoretično. Analizirali smo domačo in tujo literaturo, pridobljeno s pomočjo podatkovnih baz COBISS, PUBMED in virov Osrednje knjižnice Celje.

Nursing care of pacients after robotic prostatectomy
Abstract:
In the diploma is present male gland prostate in very extended illness; prostate cancer. Čufer (2006) says that prostate cancer affect especially man over 50 years. We described development of prostate cancer and treatment. The most known prostatectomy is radical prostatectomy, but now is well known robotic prostatectomy also. In Slovenia robotic prostatectomy is done in Splošna bolnišnica Celje. Nursing care after robotic prostatectomy in specific. Very important is to monitor pain and development of infection. In the diploma we described a method of work at the pacient after robotic prostatectomy and we also define specific tasks of a nurse. Every surgical procedure presents a stressful moment in life and nurse with her knowledge and experiences has to help a pacient so he can express his feeling and fears. It is very important to present a the benefits of robotic prostatectomy and offer a better and higher quality options of treatment. At this moment robot da Vinci in used only in urology, but with upgrading and learning it can be used also on other areas. Diploma is theoretical work. We analyzed domestic and foreign literature gained with help of database such as COBISS, PUBMED and resources of Public library Celje.
