Abstract:To diplomsko delo obravnava inovativen prometni ukrep, imenovan skupna prometna površina ali poimenovan s skovanko sharrow. Kolesarjenje v sodobnem svetu je v porastu, zato moramo zagotoviti ustrezno infrastrukturo in predvsem zadostne prometne ukrepe, da tako zavarujemo ranljivejše udeležence v prometu. V nalogi se sprašujemo: "Je prometni ukrep sharrow smiselno začeti uporabljati v Sloveniji?" Pri uvajanju ukrepa sharrow moramo biti pozorni predvsem na naslednje dejavnike: širino vozišča, agresivnost voznikov in optimalno izbiro odseka za uvedbo. Opišemo vse aspekte ukrepa sharrow, pri čemer se naslanjamo predvsem na raziskave in študije iz ZDA. Na koncu opišemo možne izboljšave in končni zaključek.

Title:SHARED LINE MARKINGS
Abstract:The thesis deals with innovative traffic measure called shared lane marking or referred to as sharrow. Cycling today in the modern world is on the rise, so we have to provide the appropriate infrastructure. And above all sufficient traffic measures, to protect weak road users(cyclists). The problem that is discused in the thesis: "Is it reasonable to start applying innovative traffic marking sharrow in Slovenia?" When we start to apply traffic marking sharrow, the biggest impact has: lane width, aggressive drivers and optimal choice of location. We describe all aspects of traffic marking sharrow, where we rely on research and studies from USA. In the end we describe possible improvements and final conclusions.
