Abstract:
Diplomska naloga je predstavljena kot projekt konstruiranja tlačnega orodja za litje aluminija, s katerim sem se podrobneje ukvarjal v podjetju ORODJARSTVO GORJAK d.o.o. v času svojega praktičnega usposabljanja v industriji. V uvodu je v nekaj stavkih predstavljeno podjetje, sledi predstavitev teme ter nekaj teoretičnih osnov s področja teorije tlačnega litja. V jedru diplomskega dela pa je podrobneje predstavljen potek konstruiranja orodja ter smernice za konstruiranje tlačnih orodij, ki jih moramo upoštevati pri konstruiranju posamezne komponente orodja. Prav tako smo v jedru predstavili nekatere bistvene proizvodne postopke. V sklepnem delu diplomskega dela, pa smo podali lastne izkušnje s področja izdelave tlačnega orodja za litje aluminija.

Title:
Design of the tool for die casting of elektromotor hood from aluminium
Abstract:
The diploma paper is set as a project of constructing a die cast mold used for aluminium casting that I worked on during my practical training in the company Orodjarstvo Gorjak d.o.o. There is a basic introduction of the company in the preface, followed by a theme presentation and the theoretical knowledge from the area of die casting. In the core of the diploma paper is a detailed description of a mold construction process with guidelines for die cast mold constructions, which need to be considered when constructing particular mold components. Basic production processes are also described in the paper’s core. Our own experiences gained in making a die cast mold used for aluminium casting are described in the conclusion of the diploma thesis.
