Title:NALEZLJIVE BOLEZNI V VRTCU IN VLOGA VZGOJITELJA PRI PREPREČEVANJU OKUŽB

Abstract:Diplomsko delo z naslovom Nalezljive bolezni v vrtcu in vloga vzgojitelja pri preprečevanju okužb opisuje nalezljive bolezni, ki se najpogosteje pojavljajo v vrtcu, njihove simptome, po katerih jih prepoznamo, možne zaplete bolezni in opis vloge vzgojitelja pri preprečevanju okužb. Navedli smo načine pravilnega umivanja rok ter kašljanja in kihanja. Osredotočili smo se na splošen izraz okužbe in opisali, na kakšen način se le-ta pojavi. Opredelili smo pojme (virusi, bakterije, glivice in paraziti), ki so povzročitelji bolezni. V nadaljevanju smo se posvetili vlogi vzgojitelja pri preprečevanju okužb v rednem oddelku vrtca in v bolnišničnem vrtcu z upoštevanjem preventivnih ukrepov. Ugotovili smo, da imajo v bolnišničnem vrtcu vzgojiteljice veliko odgovornost pri razkuževanju igrač in da je zelo pomembno vzajemno timsko sodelovanje z vsemi delavci v bolnišničnih oddelkih vrtca (čistilka, medicinska sestra, glavna medicinska sestra, zdravnik) ter vloga staršev pri vzdrževanju higiene, ki so v času otrokovega okrevanja skupaj z otroki.

Title:INFECTIOUS DISEASES IN THE KINDERGARTEN AND THE ROLE TEACHERS IN THE PREVENTION OF IFECTIONS
Abstract:The thesis Infectious diseases in the kindergarten and the role of teachers in the prevention of infections describes most common infectious diseases in the kindergarten, their symptoms after which we detect them, possible complications of the disease and the role of teachers in the prevention of infections. We states ways of proper hand washing, coughing and sneezing. We focused on the general term infection and described its pathology. We defined terms (viruses, bacteria, fungus, parasites), which cause the disease. In continuation we focused on the role of teachers in the prevention of infections in a regular section of the kindergarten and in a hospital kindergarten with the acknowledgement of preventive measures. We found out that teachers in the hospital kindergarten have a large responsibility in the disinfection of toys and that reciprocal team cooperation with all workers from all hospital units (cleaners, nurses, head nurse, doctor) that are close to children is very important. Very important is also the role of parents in maintaining good hygiene.
