Abstract:
Projektna naloga v prvem delu obravnava tehnologijo montaže jeklenih konstrukcij. Predstavljeni so načini montaže, glavna sredstva za montažo, pomožna sredstva za montažo in postopek montaže. V drugem delu sledi opis načrtovanja in obvladovanja tveganj na projektih ter opis metod ravnanja s tveganji na projektih. Podani so tudi kratki komentarji načrtovanja in obvladovanja tveganj za primer projekta montaže jeklenih konstrukcij.

Abstract:
The first part of the project paper deals with steel construction assembly technology. It presents types of assembly, main means for assembly, subsidiary means for assembly and assembly procedure. The second part describes risk planning and risk management, as well as methods of dealing with risks in projects. It also includes short comments about risk planning and management in the case of steel construction assembly project.
