Abstract:
V diplomskem seminarju so podrobneje predstavljene dokapitalizacije Nove Ljubljanske banke d.d., Nove Kreditne banke Maribor d.d., Zagrebačke banke d.d. – Unicredit Group in Privredne banke Zagreb d.d. – Intesa Sanpaolo Group. Predstavljena so tudi gibanja bilančnih vsot v Sloveniji in na Hrvaškem. Najpomembnejši del diplomskega seminarja je primerjalna analiza dokapitalizacij slovenskih in hrvaških bank. V primerjalni analizi je prikazan padec cen delnic pri dokapitalizacijah med finančno krizo in rast cen delnic pri dokapitalizacijah pred finančno krizo.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF RECAPITALISATIONS OF SLOVENIAN AND CROATIAN BANKS
Abstract:
In the thesis, the capital increases of Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., Nova Kreditna banka Maribor d.d., Zagrebačka banka d.d. - Unicredit Group, and Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. - Intensa Sanpaolo Group are described in detail. The total assets movements in Slovenia and Croatia are presented as well. The core of the thesis is the comparing analysis of capital increases of Slovenian and Croatian banks. In the comparing analysis, the decrease of stock prices connected to capital increase during financial crisis as well as the increase of stock prices connected to the capital increase before the financial crises, is presented
