Title:Analiza prevlek aktivnih delov preoblikovalnih orodij pri preoblikovanju visokotrdnostne Al pločevine

Abstract:Podjetje EMO Orodjarna, v katerem sem pripravil diplomsko nalogo, je začelo projekt imenovanega »B-Super«. V okviru projekta je izdelalo orodje, na katerem smo testirali obstojnost dveh orodnih prevlek, TiAlN in TiCrAlN. Obstojnost smo testirali na pestičih za izsekovanje in na pestičih za vlečenje vratu. Rezultati na koncu testiranja so nam pokazali, katera orodna prevleka je obstojnejša in s katero orodje zdrži veliko več ponovitev.

Title:Analysis of coatings active part forming tools of the forming high-strength aluminum sheet
Abstract:Company EMO Orodjarna in which I have carried out disertion, began the project called »B-Super«. During the project, tool has been produced, on which the test of durability of tvo coatings has been performed, TiAlN and TiCrAlN. Resistance was tasted on pistils to punching and pistils to a pulling the neck. Results at the end of testing show us, which coatings is more persistent and stand up by which tool can withstand a lot more reps.
