Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek laserskega kaljenja kovinskih materialov v primerjavi z ostalimi konvencionalnimi postopki površinskega kaljenja (plamensko, induktivno). V diplomskem delu so predstavljene prednosti in slabosti laserskega kaljenja v primerjavi z ostalimi konvencionalnimi postopki površinskega kaljenja. Podrobno je opisan tudi načrt vzdrževanja laserja za lasersko kaljenje Laserline LDL 160-3000 in robota za lasersko kaljenje Reis RV 40. Opisani so postopki in vzdrževalna dela s področja preventivnega vzdrževanja sistema za lasersko kaljenje.

Maintenance of laser hardening systems
Abstract:
This diploma thesis presents the process of laser hardening of metal materials, which are compared with other conventional surface hardening processes (flame, induction). This diploma thesis presents the advantages and disadvantages of laser hardening in comparison to other conventional surface hardening processes. The maintenance plan of laser for laser hardening Laserline LDL 160-3000 and robot for laser hardening Reis RV 40 is also described. Described are procedures and maintenance work in the field of preventive maintenance of the laser hardening systems.
