Abstract:
V diplomskem delu so prikazani načini lajšanja porodne bolečine, saj je za žensko, ki prihaja v porodnišnico najpomembnejše vprašanje, kako bo lajšala porodno bolečino. Za to pa obstaja veliko metod, ki se med seboj večinoma razlikujejo. Večina žensk – porodnic se odloča za naravne metode lajšanja porodne bolečine, kot so masaža, menjavanje položajev, pravilno dihanje in tudi analgetiki, saj je po mnenju žensk epiduralna analgezija nova, sodobna metoda lajšanja porodne bolečine. Z raziskavo smo želeli prikazati načine lajšanja porodne bolečine s poudarkom na epiduralni analgeziji ter predstaviti vlogo medicinske sestre pri premagovanju strahu med porodom. Ugotoviti smo želeli tudi, koliko so ženske na podeželju seznanjene z epiduralno analgezijo. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da se ženske s podeželja ne poslužujejo epiduralne analgezije kot metode za lajšanje porodne bolečine ter da so z njo slabše seznanjene. Raje kot farmakološke metode izberejo klasično metodo poroda, ker je po njihovem mnenju naravna metoda, brez možnih stranskih učinkov. Tudi medicinska sestra – babica mora biti za porod z uporabo epiduralne analgezije zelo dobro usposobljena ter dobro poznati tako porodnico kot vse možne stranske učinke.

Relieving labor pain with epidural analgesia
Abstract:
The thesis presented ways of alleviating the pain of labor, as a woman who comes to the hospital the most important question is how to facilitate the birth pain. For this, there are many methods that are largely different from each other. Most women - maternal opts for natural methods of labor pain relief such as massage, changing positions, proper breathing and analgesics, as women, according to epidural analgesia new, modern method of labor pain relief. With this research we wanted to show the ways of alleviating the pain of labor, with emphasis on epidural analgesia and present the role of nurses in overcoming the fear of childbirth. We wanted to determine the extent to which rural women paired with epidural analgesia. The survey results show that rural women do not make use of epidural analgesia as a method to relieve labor pain and are less familiar with it. Rather than pharmacological methods selected the classic method of childbirth, because they consider natural method without any side effects. Even the nurse - midwife must be for delivery using epidural very well trained and familiar with such as porodnico all possible side effects.
