Abstract:Sistem managementa kakovosti je ključni dejavnik za uspešno in učinkovito organizacijo, česar se zavedamo tudi v podjetju SIQ Italia. SIQ Italia je storitveno podjetje, ki se ukvarja s preskušanjem in certificiranjem igralnih avtomatov. Pri svoji dejavnosti mora izpolnjevati zahteve italijanske zakonodaje, zahteve odjemalcev ter slediti mora zahtevam standarda SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Organizacija ima vzpostavljen sistem managementa kakovosti, vendar poudarek daje predvsem ključnim procesom, ki so v obsegu akreditacije. Cilj in želja podjetja je, da bi razširili sistem managementa kakovosti na vse procese v organizaciji, tudi na vodstvene in podporne procese. V diplomski nalogi smo naredili primerjavo standarda SIST EN ISO 9001:2008 in SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 ter analizo obstoječega stanja glede na zahteve zgoraj omenjenih standardov v podjetju. Na podlagi analize smo podali možne izboljšave, kar bi pripomoglo k boljšemu celovitemu obvladovanju kakovosti v podjetju. Na podlagi analize smo se v podjetju odločili, da na novo definiramo organizacijsko strukturo, določili smo vodstvene, ključne in podporne procese. Osredotočili smo se na enega izmed ključnih procesov in opravili analizo časov posameznih aktivnosti izbranega procesa ter podali izboljšave, zlasti v smeri višje učinkovitosti.

Title:A COMPARISON BETWEEN THE STANDARD SIST EN ISO 9001:2008 AND THE STANDARD SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 - A CASE STUDY IN SIQ ITALIA
Abstract:A quality management system is the key factor for a successful and efficient organisation, as we are well aware in SIQ Italia. SIQ Italia is a service company that carries out the testing and certifying of gaming devices. In order to perform its activity it must meet the requirements of the Italian legislation, client requests and follow the requirements of the SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard. The organization has set up a quality management system, but the emphasis is primarily on key processes which are within the scope of accreditation. The goal and desire of the company is to expand the quality management system on all of the processes in the organization, including management processes and support processes. In the diploma thesis we performed a comparison between the standard SIST EN ISO 9001:2008 and SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and an analysis of the existing situation, with regard to the requirements of the above mentioned standards in the company. On the basis of the analysis we proposed possible improvements, which would contribute to the improvement of the overall quality managament of the company. On the basis of the analysis we decided to upgrade the company to the newly defined organisational structure, we defined management processes, key processes and support processes. We focused on one of the key processes, we did an analysis of the individual times of activity of this process and we gave suggestions for eventual improvements in order to make the process more effective.
