Title:IZRAČUN TOPLOTNE BILANCE STANOVANJSKE HIŠE TER DOLOČITEV UKREPOV UČINKOVITE RABE ENERGIJE

Abstract:Zaradi velikih stroškov ogrevanja hiše s prizidkom smo želeli izračunati, koliko toplotne energije je potrebno za ogrevanje hiše in koliko za ogrevanje prizidka. Zaradi starejše gradnje je hiša popolnoma neizolirana v primerjavi s kasneje dograjenim prizidkom. Z določitvijo učinkovitih ukrepov smo izračunali prihranek in vračilno dobo investicije. Pri tem smo upoštevali tiste ukrepe, s katerimi smo dosegli večji prihranek ob zmernem finančnem vložku. Za primerjavo smo izvedli ponovni izračun z ukrepi, s katerimi smo izpolnili zahteve PURES. Pri izbiri stopnje izvedbe sanacije smo upoštevali čim večji prihranek in krajšo dobo vračanja investicije. Z izvedbo sanacije bi morali pristopiti v najkrajšem možnem času, saj ne govorimo zaman »čas je denar«.

Title:THE CALCULATION OF HEAT BALANCE FOR RESIDENTIAL HOUSE AND DETERMINATON THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY MEASURES
Abstract:Due to high costs of heating a house with an extension, we wanted to calculate, how much heating energy is required to heat the house and how much to heat the extension. Because of the old construction the house is completely uninsulated in comparison with thesubsequently built extension. With the determination of efficient measures we calculated the savings and payback period of the investment. By doing so we have considered those measures, with which we achieved higher savings at the modest financial investment. For a comparison we made a new calculation with measures, meeting the PURES criteria. When choosing the level of restoration we considered the highest savings and the shortest period of the return on investment. The restoration should take place as quickly as possible, since we do not speak in vain that “time is money”.
