Abstract:Uvedba, prenova oziroma nadgradnja poslovno informacijskega sistema (PIS) je kompleksna naloga poslovnega subjekta, ki se odloči za ta korak. Informacijsko podpreti celotno poslovanje podjetja, ki bo zagotavljalo obstoj in nadaljnji razvoj, je v neki točki razvojnega oziroma življenjskega cikla vsaj tako pomembna kot osnovna dejavnost, s katero podjetje opravičuje svoj obstoj. Interdisciplinarnost tega procesa je na eni strani zaznamovana z osnovno dejavnostjo in procesi, ki potekajo v podjetju, po drugi strani pa ima velik vpliv na uspešnost projekta tudi sociološki in kulturni in organizacijski vidik celotnega okolja poslovnega subjekta. Vsebinsko se bom osredotočil na prvi del, torej na poslovne procese, kakšno je prepletanje med poslovnim ter informacijskim obvladovanjem le teh tako s tehničnega kot poslovnega vidika.

Title:CONFIGURING FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS DURING IMPLEMENTATION OR UPGRADE OF BUSINESS INFORMATION SYSTEM
Abstract:The inplementation, renovation or upgrading of the business information system is a complex task of a business entity that chooses to take this step. To get business of entire company supported by IT, which will guarantee the existence and further development, at some point or the development of life cycle, is at least as important as the main activities which justifies existence of the company. Interdisciplinary aspects of this process, on the one hand characterized by a core activity and processes taking place in the company, on the other hand, has a significant impact on the success of the project. There are also sociological, cultural and organizational aspects of the total environment of a business entity. Content, I will focus on in the first part, is business processes, try to find what is the interplay between business and IT management both from a technical and business perspective.
