Abstract:
Magistrsko delo obravnava področje nabave in kakovosti v podjetju Arcont. Natančneje opisuje izbrane materiale, ki mu jih dobavljajo strateški dobavitelji in proces izvajanja vhodne analize kakovosti teh materialov. Nedoseganje zahtevane kakovosti vhodnih materialov pomembno vpliva na končno kakovost izdelka, ki ga podjetje izdeluje. Gre za bivalne enote različnih dimenzij in namembnosti. Materiali, ki jih podjetje uporablja za izdelavo bivalnih enot, morajo ustrezati tehničnim zahtevam in njihovi odstopki morajo biti v dopustnem tolerančnem območju. To lahko preverjamo zgolj z meritvami. V samem delu smo se omejili na geometrijske značilnosti materialov. Posebno pozornost smo posvetili vogalnim stebrom, cevem, pločevini in strešnim profilom. Ti materiali sestavljajo ogrodje bivalne enote in so prisotni prav v vsaki enoti. Posledično je poraba teh materialov največja in njihova nekakovost lahko povzroča številne težave v proizvodnji ter poznejše reklamacije, kar pa povečuje stroške in s tem zmanjšuje dodano vrednost izdelka. Rezultat magistrskega dela je izvedena analiza merilnih inštrumentov, s katerimi bi lahko posamezne meritve izvajali, in merilni postopki meritev.

Title:
Monitoring of suppliers and quality of materials in the enterprise Arcont
Abstract:
Dissertation paper discusses field of acquirement and quality in the company Arcont. Thoroughly describing chosen materials which are acquired by strategic suppliers and describing a process of performing analysis of input quality of these materials. Not achieving demanded quality of input materials, significantly influences on the final quality of the product that the company produces. They manufacture living units of different dimensions and purposes. Materials that the company uses for manufacturing of living units, must correspond to technical demands and their deviations must be within the permissible tolerance range. This can only be tested with measurements. In this dissertation paper we limited on the geometric characteristics of the materials. We devoted special attention to corner pillars, pipes, sheet metal and roof profiles. These materials form a frame of living units and are present in all of the units. Consequently the use of these materials is the largest and their poor quality can cause number of difficulties in the product and subsequently also reclamations. This increases costs and that reduces the added value of the product. Result of the thesis is an analysis of the measuring instruments, with which we could implement individual measurements, and measuring methods of measurements.
