Abstract:
Teoretična izhodišča. Odvisnost od prepovedanih drog je kronična bolezen, ki prizadene vsak sistem v človeškem telesu. V diplomskem delu so predstavljene matere, odvisnice od prepovednih drog, vpliv prepovedanih drog na nosečnico, otročnico in mater ter vpliv prepovedanih drog na otroka, ki zaradi materinega uživanja drog največkrat občuti posledice v obliki tako imenovanega neonatalnega abstinenčnega sindroma. Raziskovalna metodologija. V diplomskem delu je uporabljena deskriptivna metoda dela. Analiza domače in tuje strokovne literature nam je omogočala opredelitev teoretičnih izhodišč. Sklep. Zloraba opioidnih in drugih psihotropnih snovi ne škoduje samo zdravju mater, odvisnih od prepovedanih drog, temveč vpliva tudi na otroka. Novorojenček težko uravnava notranje okolje z zunanjim in s stikom z okoljem ne zmore oblikovati nevrološko -vedenjskih odgovorov. Danes vemo, da se nevrološki - vedenjski odgovori pri otroku izboljšujejo s podporno zdravstveno nego. Vloga medicinske sestre je zelo pomembna, saj materi in otroku pomaga obvarovati zdravja.

Mothers- drugs addicts
Abstract:
Theoretical introduction. Drug addiction is a chronic disease which affects each system in a human's body. The thesis presents mothers who are addicted to drugs, the influence of illegal drugs on an expectant mother, neonatal mother and the mother as well as the influence of illegal drugs on the child who may suffer the consequences in the form of so called neonatal abstinence syndrome. Methodology of the research. A descriptive working method was used in the thesis. The analysis of domestic and foreign literature enabled me to define theoretical foundations. Conclusion. The abuse of opioids and other psychotropic substances is not harmful only to mothers who are addicted to drugs but it also influences the child. A newborn is not able to regulate the internal environment with the external environment. It is also not able to form neurological – behavioral answers when it comes to the contact with the environment. Nowadays it is known that the neurological – behavioral patterns regarding a child are improving with appropriate medical support. The role of a nurse is very important because it helps the mother as well as the child to protect their health.
