Abstract:V današnjem času se pojavlja veliko franšiznih organizacij, kot ena izmed oblik poslovnega sodelovanja. Pri franšizi ne govorimo o običajnem poslovnem partnerstvu, temveč o posebni obliki organizacije pravno samostojnih podjetnikov. Franšizing je mnogim bližnjica za uresničitev podjetniških vizij, saj je glavna prednost pri tej poslovni metodi, da franšizing podjetnikom omogoča delovanje znotraj določenega poslovnega sistema, po drugi strani pa v določeni meri ohranijo svojo neodvisnost. To pomeni, da podjetnik posluje zase, v veliko podporo pri tem pa je priznana in uveljavljena ter dobro poznana blagovna znamka. Izkušnje franšizijev potrjujejo, da je franšizing veliko varnejši način poslovanja, kot pa če bi začeli s posli sami, istočasno pa morajo kot voditelji in odgovorni pokazati odlične vodstvene in managerske sposobnosti. Vodenje franšize predstavlja tudi tveganje, saj franšiziji kot managerji ne morejo popolnoma samostojno delovati, saj morajo delovati v skladu s franšizno pogodbo. Na drugi strani pa postavljena pravila predstavljajo poslovno podporo pri doseganju poslovnega uspeha. Za uspešno vodenje franšize v veliki meri potrebna določena osebnost, kar pomeni, da mora biti franšizij dovolj dovzeten, da upošteva pravila franšizne pogodbe in dovolj podjeten, da razvija posel na trgu.

Abstract:Nowadays a lot of franchise organizations are appearing as one of the forms of business cooperation. Franchise does not represent the usual business partnership, but a special form of legal sole proprietor organizations. Franchising is a short cut for many people to achieve their entrepreneurial visions, because the main advantage of this business method is the fact that it enables entrepreneurs operating within a certain business system, while on the other hand it leaves them a certain amount of their own independence. This means that an entrepreneur operates on his own, while at the same time being supported by a recognized, established and well-known trademark. The experiences of different entrepreneurs confirm that franchising is a lot safer way of doing business than starting a business on your own. At the same time entrepreneurs have to take on the role of a responsible leader and show excellent leadership and managerial skills. Managing a franchise also represents a risk due to the fact that franchise entrepreneurs as managers can not operate completely independently but have to operate in compliance with the franchise contract. On the other hand these set rules represent a business support at achieving business success. Managing a franchise successfully in great deal demands a certain type of personality, which means that the franchise entrepreneur has to be susceptible enough to follow all the rules of franchise contract and enterprising enough to develop his type of business on the market.
