Title:Zbiranje podatkov na kraju prometne nesreče

Abstract:Število vozil na cestah po svetu se nenehno povečuje, zaradi tega obstaja večja možnost nastanka prometnih nesreč. Ob teh dogodkih morajo preiskovalci pravi čas obiskati kraj dogodka in ga čim hitreje ter natančno zabeležiti. Zaprtje ceste lahko zaradi nastanka prometne nesreče in dela preiskovalcev povzroči precej stroškov, hkrati pa veliko nejevolje pri udeležencih v prometu. Ključnega pomena je prava izbira ter pravilna uporaba merilnih tehnik in orodij za zbiranje podatkov na kraju prometnih nesreč. V magistrski nalogi so predstavljene značilnosti prometnih nesreč in nekatera merilna orodja za tovrstne dogodke drugod po svetu. V raziskovalnem delu naloge so prikazane meritve, ki smo jih pridobili z elektronskim tahimetrom Image Station. Na podlagi simulacije prometne nesreče smo meritve primerjali s policijskimi ter prikazali odstopanja. Pripravili smo 3D model dogodka, izmerjene točke pa smo georeferencirali.

Title:Data collection for traffic accident
Abstract:The number of road vehicles is increasing all around the world and therefore also the incidence of road collisions. When these events happen it is important for investigators to arrive at the scene promptly and to document the collision accurately and as quickly as possible. Road obstructions due to traffic collision and investigative work at the scene can cause a great deal of expenses and inconveniences for other drivers on the road. It is of key importance to properly choose and use measuring methods and tools for data collection for traffic accident. In this master thesis we present characteristics of traffic accident and some of the measuring tools for such events used around the world. In the investigative part of the thesis we present measurements of a simulated traffic collision which were obtained by electronic tachymeter Image Station. We compared our measurements with those made by the police and demonstrated general differences and deviations in values. We produced 3D model of the collision result and georeferenced the measured points.
