Abstract:
V magistrskem delu smo se ukvarjali z analizo vpeljave tehnologij za upravljanje poslovnih procesov in vplivi različnih dejavnikov na uspešno poslovanje podjetja. Pri analizi vpeljave je bil glavni namen raziskave pregledati in proučiti možnosti vpeljave upravljanja poslovnih procesov, najti primerno tehnologijo kot podporo k upravljanju poslovnih procesov in na praktičnem primeru prikazati upravljanje poslovnih procesov. Pomagali smo si z različnimi pristopi, kot so identifikacija, modeliranje, simulacija, optimizacija, izvajanje, in kot rezultat predstavili celoten projekt upravljanja poslovnih procesov v izbranem podjetju. Z empiričnim raziskovalnim pristopom smo ugotavljali morebiten vpliv izbranih dejavnikov na uspešnost podjetja in v okviru tega izvedli anketo. Kot rezultat magistrske naloge smo predstavili rezultate, ki opisujejo vpliv različnih dejavnikov na uspešnost podjetja. Rezultati in analize so nam pokazali, da na uspešnost podjetja vplivajo razumevanje poslovnih procesov in notacije, vpeljava poslovnih procesov, razumevanje prednosti in slabosti upravljanja poslovnih procesov ter posamezne faze vpeljave upravljanja poslovnih procesov.

Title:
INTRODUCTION OF IT SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Abstract:
In the master's thesis we have analyzed the introduction of technologies for business process management and the impact of various factors on the success of the company. In the analysis the main aim of the study was to review and explore possibilities in business process management and with a practical example to show the management of business processes. We used various approaches, such as the identification, modelling, simulation, optimization, and implementation; and as a result presented the overall project management of business processes in the chosen company. The empirical research approach was used to determine the potential impact of selected factors on the success of the company through a general survey. As the result of the master's thesis we present findings, describing the impact of various factors on the success of the company. The results and analyses showed us that the success of the company is impacted by the understanding of business processes and notations, introduction of business processes, understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of business process management and various levels of the business processes management introduction.
