Abstract:
Izdelava regionalnega energetskega koncepta zajema presojo energetskega razvoja regije, kar omogoča pripravo investicijskih in organizacijskih ukrepov ter prodor energetsko in stroškovno učinkovitih rešitev, ki prinašajo znižanje rabe energije, zmanjšanje škodljivih vplivov na okolje ter stroškov za energijo. Pri tem sem posebno pozornost namenil analizi izkoriščanja in potenciala lokalnih energetskih virov, predvsem obnovljivih virov energije. V Savinjski regiji so široke možnosti izrabe obnovljivih virov energije na lokalni ravni. Cilj energetskega koncepta je ocena neizkoriščenih potencialov energije, ki lahko pripomorejo k čim manjši energetski odvisnosti regije in izboljšanju energetske učinkovitosti.

Title:
REGIONAL ENERGY CONCEPT FOR SAVINJSKA REGION
Abstract:
The making of energy concept involves assessment of energy development of the region. This enables making of investment and organizational measures and by that entrance for energy and cost efficient solutions that bring reduction of energy consumption, reduction of harmful impacts on environment and reduction of energy cost. In this thesis special attention is on analysis of exploitation and potential of local energy sources, especially renewable energy sources. There are wide possibilities for use of renewable energy sources on local level in Savinjska region. The objective of this thesis is assessment of unexploited energy potentials in the region that contribute to smaller energy dependence and improvement on energy efficiency of the region.
