Abstract:
V rastlinjaku na posestvu Univerzitetnega kmetijskega centra Pohorski dvor Fakultete za kmetijstvo in biosistemske vede v Mariboru smo jeseni 2005 začeli s poskusom hidroponske pridelave jagod. Uporabili smo polietilenske (PE) vreče, napolnjene s substratno mešanico, v katere smo posadili zamrznjene sadike sorte ‘Elsanta’. Nasad smo oskrbovali z vodo in gnojili preko kapljičnega namakalnega sistema. V poskusu smo spremljali število zdravih plodov, njihovo maso, višino in širino, suho snov ter trdoto kožice in mesa. Spremljali smo tudi delež plodov okuženih s sivo plesnijo. Povprečen pridelek zdravih plodov na rastlino je znašal 300 g, pri čemer je bila povprečna masa enega ploda 24 g in povprečno število plodov na rastlino 12,5. Delež okuženih plodov s sivo plesnijo je znašal 11 %. Povprečna vrednost suhe snovi v plodovih je znašala 5,54 °Bx.

Title:
Hydroponic strawberry production
Abstract:
In autumn 2005 at the Maribor University Agricultural center »Pohorski dvor« we started study of hydroponic strawberry production. During the process we use PE bags filled with substrate and frozen plants of ‘Elsanta’ cultivar. For irrigation and nutrition was used drip irrigation system. At harvesting we observed quantity and quality of yield,as for example the number of strawberries, their weight, height and width, their dry weight, hardness skin and flesh. We also observed the yield of strawberries affected by Botrytis cinerea. The average yield of heathy fruits per plant was 300 g while the average weight of one strawberry was 24 g. One plant had average 12,5 fruits. The proportion of infected fruits with Botrytis cinerea was 11 %. The average value of dry weight in fruits was 5.54 °Bx.
