Title:Obravnava pacienta z rakom debelega črevesa ali danke

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo predstavili rak debelega črevesa in danke, ki je drugi najpogostejši rak v Sloveniji. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti rak debelega črevesa ali danke, dejavnike tveganja, znake bolezni in zdravstveno vzgojo pacienta ter na osnovi študije primera ugotoviti negovalne probleme pri pacientu z rakom debelega črevesa ali danke. V raziskovalnem delu diplomskega dela smo na osnovi študije primera ugotovili negovalne probleme pri pacientki z rakom danke. Podatke smo pridobili od pacientke – z metodo opazovanja, merjenja in intervjuja oz. pogovora. Prav tako smo podatke pridobili od članov negovalnega in zdravstvenega tima. Pacientko smo obravnavali po konceptualnem modelu Virginije Henderson ter na osnovi zbranih podatkov izpostavili negovalne diagnoze in izdelali načrt zdravstvene nege. Pacientka, ki jo bomo predstavili v raziskovalnem delu diplomskega dela, je stara 86 let. Za rakom danke je zbolela leta 1984, ko je bila stara 58 let. Torej od leta 1984 ima narejeno kirurško odprtino imenovano sigmokolostoma. Bila je močna oseba in se je za svoje življenje borila. Nekaj časa po operativnem posegu se je izogibala težjim fizičnim opravilom, telesni aktivnosti in določeni prehrani, po obdobju okrevanja, pa je živela normalno kvalitetno življenje. Če ima človek voljo, moč in pozitivno mišljenje na uspešno zdravljenje bo vsekakor premagal še najtežjo oviro, ki mu je stkana v življenju.

Title:Treatment of a patient with cancer of the colon or rectum
Abstract:In this thesis we present the cancer of colon and rectum. The colon and rectum cancer is the second most common cancer in Slovenia.The purpose of the thesis is to present the cancer of the colon or rectum, risk factors, symptoms and health education, and patientbased case study to determine nursing problems in patients with cancer of the colon or rectum. The research part of the thesis was based on a case study nursing problems identified in the patient with rectal cancer. Data were obtained from the patient - the method of observation, measurement and an interview or. conversation. Also, data were obtained from members of the nursing and medical team. The Patient was dealt with at a conceptual model of Virginia Henderson and based on data collected highlight nursing diagnoses and produce a plan of care. The patient, who presents the research part of the thesis, is 86 years old. For rectal cancer has contracted in 1984, when she was 58 years old. In 1984, a surgical opening called sigmokolostoma was made. She was a strong person and is fighting for his life. Some time after surgery serious physical tasks had to be avoided as well as physical activity and certain dietary, after a period of recovery, but she lived a normal quality of life. If one has, the power of positive thinking, successful treatment will definitely beat even the most difficult obstacles, which are woven into one’s life.
