The content structure of the Master’s thesis is divided into three parts and the last part is again divided into two. This leads us to the last part of the paper, where all former issues are combined with the specifics of management in general, and later in medical-social environment. Each organizational system is managed by the management which is expected to be accountable to all groups of interest, seeking for ethical ways to achieve the set objectives and mission.
