Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je obravnavan projekt Lokalni energetski koncept občine Kungota (LEK). Namen lokalnega energetskega koncepta je izboljšanje energetskega stanja v občini in oblikovanje trajnostnega razvoja oskrbe z energijo. V projektu LEK je analizirana poraba energije v občini za področja gospodinjstev, javnih zgradb in za področje industrije. Lokalni energetski koncept lahko zmanjša stroške oskrbe z energijo, spodbuja uporabo novih tehnologij na področju učinkovite rabe energije in uporabo lesne biomase za ogrevanje stanovanj na področju obnovljivih virov energije. Predlagane aktivnosti za razvoj trajne energije v občini Kungota so: - pregled preteklega stanja na področju oskrbe in porabe z energijo, - oblikovanje in primerjava različnih alternativ možnega razvoja kratkoročne in dolgoročne energetske politike, - spreminjanje, ugotavljanje, dokumentiranje sprememb energetskega in okoljskega stanja.

Title:
LOCAL ENERGY CONCEPT OF KUNGOTA MUNICIPALLY
Abstract:
In my diploma I focused on a project called Local energy concept of Kungota municipality or with Slovene abbreviation - LEK. The purpose of local energy concept is to improve the energy situation in the municipality and create a sustainable development of energy supply. In the LEK project I analysed the energy usage in households, public buildings and industry sector in the municipality of Kungota. By making a local energy concept we can reduce the cost of energy supply, encourage the use of new technologies that improve the energy efficiency, and encourage the use of biomass for heating homes as a renewable energy. Suggested activities for development of sustainable energy in Kungota municipality are following: - Examination of the previous state of supply and consumption of energy. - Design and comparison of different alternatives of possible development of short- and long-term energy policy. - Monitoring, determining and documenting the energy and the environmental changes.
