Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava analizo obnovljivih virov energije za ogrevanje OŠ Koprivnica. Cena fosilnih goriv zadnja leta vztrajno narašča, še večji problem pa predstavljajo izpusti CO2 in drugih toplogrednih plinov, ki škodljivo vplivajo na okolje, v katerem živimo. Izvajanje občinskih projektov je pomembno za razvoj občine iz vidika okoljevarstva in ekonomike. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je podan pregled stanja o lesni biomasi ter o toplotnih izgubah, ki so zelo pomembne za prehod iz fosilnih goriv na lesno biomaso. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela je obravnavana primerjava uporabe lesnih peletov in lesnih sekancev na OŠ Koprivnica z ekstra lahkim kurilnim oljem. Narejen je informativni ekonomski izračun ter umestitev kotlovnice ob že obstoječi objekt.

Title:HEAT LOSSES CALCULATION AND CHOOSING THE CORRECT BIOMASS FURNACE IN PRIMARY SCHOOL KOPRIVNICA
Abstract:This BA thesis looks at the analysis of renewable energy sources for the purpose of space heating in the Koprivnica primary school. In recent years, the price of fossil fuels has been increasing constantly, and moreover, emissions of CO2 and other greenhouse gases are even a bigger threat to the environment we live in. The implementation of municipal projects is therefore vital for the development of a municipality in the light of environmental safety and economy. The theoretical part of the BA thesis addresses an overview regarding the condition of woody biomass as well as heat losses, for the latter are very important when considering the changeover from using fossil fuels to woody biomass. The comparison between the use of wood pellets or wood chips at the Koprivnica primary school and heating gas oil is drawn in the practical section of the thesis. In addition, it includes informational financial calculations and a scheme to place a boiler room into the existent facility.
