Abstract:

Title:
MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES IN COMPANY
Abstract:
Motivation of employees increases working achievements and improves the satisfaction of the employees while at the same time gives them encouragement. Satisfied employees are much more susceptible to motivators which we use to stimulate them for work than dissatisfied employees. Managers in the companies can count on above average work results and on satisfied employees mostly by introducing the motivational factors to the working environment. It depends on the management whether they will be able to present the work to the employees as interesting or not. Sometimes it is enough to listen to the wishes of the individuals in work groups. We can say that almost all motivational factors depend on leaders. It is important that they know how to use them. In the course of our research we have come to a conclusion that the management of the company “X” is not aware enough of the motivation effects and they need to give more emphasis to the satisfaction of the employees. If they want to receive the best results from their employees, they have to stimulate them with various motivational factors we have described in this diploma thesis.
