Title:IGRALNE DEJAVNOSTI PRI POUKU TUJEGA JEZIKA V DRUGEM TRILETJU OSNOVNE ŠOLE

Abstract:V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge so predstavljene značilnosti igre in igralnih dejavnosti, njihov vpliv na otroka in učiteljeva vloga pri igrah v razredu. Predstavljene so tudi različne vrste iger in igralnih dejavnosti ter njihov namen in vloga pri poučevanju tujega jezika v osnovni šoli. V empiričnem delu je prikazano, kako pogosto učitelji tujega jezika v drugem triletju osnovne šole uporabljajo določene igralne dejavnosti glede na jezikovne zmožnosti. Prav tako je prikazano, pri kateri etapi učne ure najpogosteje uporabljajo igralne dejavnosti, kateri so razlogi za njihovo uporabo in pri kateri jezikovni zmožnosti je odziv učencev glede na uporabo igralnih dejavnosti najbolj pozitiven. Kot raziskovalni instrument je bil uporabljen anketni vprašalnik, ki ga je izpolnilo 31 učiteljev tujega jezika iz osnovnih šol v Pomurju. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da učitelji igralne dejavnosti najpogosteje uporabljajo pri govornem sporočanju in pri učni etapi utrjevanje. Razlog za takšno odločitev je doseganje boljšega pomnjenja učnih vsebin pri učencih. Ugotovljeno je bilo tudi, da učitelji podane igralne dejavnosti na splošno uporabljajo veliko.

Title:PLAYING ACTIVITIES IN THE FOREIGN LANGUAGE CLASSROOM IN THE SECOND CYCLE OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOL
Abstract:The theoretical part of the thesis presents the characteristics of games and play activities, their influence on the child and the teacher in the role of games in the classroom. It also presents different kinds of games and play activities as well as their purpose and role in foreign language teaching in primary schools. In the empirical part it is shown, how often do foreign language teachers in the second triennial period of primary school use certain play activities according to their language skills. It is also shown at which lesson stage play activities are most frequently used, which are the reasons for their use and at which language skill is the response of the pupils related to the use of play activities most positive. As a research tool it has been used a questionnaire that was completed by 31 foreign language teachers from primary schools in Pomurje. It was stated that teachers mostly use play activities in speaking communication and learning stage of consolidation. The reason for this decision is to achieve better recall of learning contents in pupils. It was also stated that teachers generally use play activities a lot.
