Abstract:Temo obremenjenost na delovnem mestu smo si izbrali, ker podjetja namenijo premalo časa svojim zaposlenim.

Title:Workplace related stress
Abstract:We decided to choose the subject of stress in the workplace because companies devote too little time to their employees. We focused mainly on employees working in handling and parcel delivery, and the stress levels for each workstation. Each week, employees are moved to a different workstation; this has some benefits—there is no monotonous work—but also presents a huge obstacle, since employees have to quickly adapt to their new workstation. Another problem is that not every employee can work on every workstation; much depends on the individual’s capability, experience and overall skill. Each workstation is different; some are more stressful, some require more responsibility and precision, others are hazardous to human health. This can all be prevented by correctly introducing the employee into the workstation, and proper training and education.
Keywords:stress, training, ergonomics, motivation, workstation.
