Title:Patronažna zdravstvena nega pacienta, ki zboleva za astmo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljena patronažna zdravstvena nega pacienta, ki zboleva za astmo. Astma je postala najpogostejša kronična bolezen pri otrocih in je najpogostejši vzrok hospitalizacije otrok do 15. leta starosti. V letih 1999–2004 je bilo v posameznih državah Evrope takih otrok, ki so oboleli za astmo, od manj kot 5 % do več kot 20 %. Ker je vedno več ljudi občutljivih na alergene, lahko v prihodnosti pri Evropejcih pričakujemo še več alergij. To je razvidno iz podatkov Statističnega urada Republike Slovenije iz leta 2010. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, in sicer iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen dihalni sistem z anatomijo, fiziologijo in patofiziologijo dihalnega sistema pri astmi, klinična slika in diagnoza astme ter zdravljenje in samozdravljenje astme. Predstavljena je tudi patronažna zdravstvena nega in s tem zdravstveno vzgojni vidik dela, multidisciplinarno delovanje pri pacientu z astmo, zdravstvena vzgoja ter kontinuirana zdravstvena nega pacienta. Za teoretični del smo pregledali domačo in tujo literaturo. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena študija primera pacienta z astmo, ki živi v domačem okolju. Od pristojne patronažne službe Zdravstvenega doma dr. Adolfa Drolca Maribor smo pridobili soglasje. Pregledali smo medicinsko in negovalno dokumentacijo pacienta. Po procesni metodi dela smo predstavili pacienta v domačem okolju. Informacije smo pridobili z vodenim razgovorom z bolnikom in njegovimi svojci. Na podlagi zbranih podatkov smo ugotovili aktualne in potencialne negovalne diagnoze. Predstavili smo vlogo patronažne medicinske sestre pri pacientu z astmo in naloge, ki jih opravi ob pacientu doma. Ugotovili smo, kakšno znanje in mnenje ima pacient o svoji bolezni, da je dobro poučen in zna pravilno ukrepati ob poslabšanju. Patronažna zdravstvena nega igra zelo pomembno vlogo pri pacientih z astmo, saj patronažna medicinska sestra preživi veliko časa ob pacientu, kajti izvaja zdravstveno nego ter zdravstveno vzgojo.

Title:Community nursing care of patients suffering from asthma disease
Abstract:In my diploma work I write about a patient with asthma disease and its community nursing care at home. Asthma has become most common chronical disease of children and most common reason of hospitalisation of youth under the age of 15. In the time from 1999 to 2004 there were countries of Europe varying in percentage of children with asthma from less than 5% to more than 20%. In the future we can expect more alergies among Europeans because there is arising number of people being or becoming sensitive to alergens. It also stands in the data of Statistics Bureau of Republic of Slovenia from 2010. My diploma work is combined of two parts. Namely, one part is theoretical and the other part is empirical. In theoretical part I write about breathing system with its anatomy, physiology and patophysiology of breathing system in asthma case, clinical picture and diagnosis of asthma and its treatment, healthcare, self-protection and self-healing of asthma. Community nursing care is also presented, and by that I mean medical education and aspects of work, multidisciplinary work with the asthma patient, medical care and continous medical care of the patient. For the theoretical part we have checked our home literature as well as foreign. In empirical part of diploma work there is a case study of asthmatic patient which lives in home environment. From the competent community nursing care of Nursing Home of dr. Adolfa Drolca Maribor we received consensus. We checked patient's medical and nursing documentation. According to process method of work we presented a patient in his home environment. We gained those data through a led conversation with patient himself and his relatives. On the basis of our gathered data we have discovered actual and potential nursing diagnosis. We presented a role of a nurse in a community nursing care with an asthma patient, and the work she does at patient's home. We discovered patient's knowledge of the diesease he has as well as his opinion of it, that he is well informed about it, and that he knows the measures he must take in the case of worsening. Community nursing care has a truly important role with asthma patients because the nurses spend a lot of time with their patients, and then they often provide medical care as well as medical education.
