Title:SKLADNOST OCENE IN SAMOOCENE GLASBENE NADARJENOSTI ČETRTOŠOLCEV

Abstract:Glasba nas spremlja na vsakem koraku. Številne raziskave so pokazale na pomembnost razvijanja glasbenih sposobnosti že v zgodnjem otroštvu in pri poučevanju učencev prvega triletja. Namen diplomske naloge je bil podrobneje se seznaniti z razvojem glasbenih sposobnosti ter primerjati skladnost samoocene učencev četrtošolcev in ocene njihovih učiteljev o glasbeni nadarjenosti učencev. Želeli smo izvedeti, če med učenci obstajajo razlike glede na spol in če obstajajo v ocenjevanju razlike med učitelji in učenci. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili têrmine ocenjevanje, samoocenjevanje, samopodoba, samospoštovanje in samovrednotenje. Zanimalo nas je, kateri so sestavni deli samopodobe, kako se oblikuje in kako vplivajo na učno uspešnost. V empiričnem delu je uporabljena deskriptivna neeksperimentalna metoda empiričnega pedagoškega raziskovanja. V raziskavo je bilo vključeno 304 četrtošolcev iz mestnih in podeželskih šol Maribora in okolice ter 20 učiteljev razrednikov teh učencev. Rezultati so bili pridobljeni s pomočjo preoblikovanega anketnega vprašalnika OLNAD07, pokazali pa so, da obstajajo razlike med samoocenami učencev in samoocenami učenk. Dokazali smo, da so samoocene učencev in ocene njihovih učiteljev v večini skladne ter da so se učenci na tej starostni stopnji v povprečju že zmožni realno oceniti; njihove samoocene so v povprečju višje, kot so jih ocenili učitelji.

Title:CONGRUENCE OF EVALUATION AND SELF-EVALUATION OF MUSICAL TALENT OF FOURTH-GRADERS
Abstract:Music follows us at every step. Several researches show the importance of developing musical talents at early ages and at teaching learners of first three grades. The purpose of this diploma paper was to learn about developing musical talents and to compare the congruence of evaluation and self-evaluation of musical talent of fourth-graders. We wanted to find out whether there are any differences according to gender and whether there are any differences in evaluation of teachers and learners. In the theoretical part we presented the terms as evaluation, self-evaluation, self-esteem and self-respect. We were interested in component parts of self-esteem, how it is formed and how they influence the school efficiency. In the empirical part we used the descriptive non-experimental method of empirical pedagogical research. 304 fourth-graders from urban and country-side schools of Maribor and its vicinity as well as their 20 teachers were included into the research. The results were gained by moderated questionnaire OLNAD07 and they showed the existing differences in self-evaluation between male and female learners. We showed that self-evaluation and evaluation of teacher is mainly congruent. We also showed that learners of that stage are already capable of evaluating themselves realistically. Their self-evaluation is usually a bit higher than the evaluation of their teachers.
