Abstract:
V teoretičnem delu so opisane značilnosti sistemov za e-učenje. Na kratko sta predstavljena dva sistema, odprtokodni sistem »Moodle« in komercialni sistem »eLeap«. Predstavljeni so modeli in discipline ogrodja Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) s poudarkom na disciplini »Upravljanje pripravljenosti«, ki opisuje pristop k upravljanju znanja. Podrobno so predstavljeni koraki discipline »Upravljanje pripravljenosti«, ki so osnova za ogrodje modula, ki je opisan v praktičnem delu. Praktični del podrobno opisuje postopek izgradnje modula za izobraževanje. Predstavljeni so koraki, kako preveriti trenutno znanje zaposlenega ter kako ustvariti učni načrt za tiste zaposlene, ki ne posedujejo želenega znanja. Modul je prilagojen sistemu »Moodle«.

Title:
USING MOODLE FOR INTERNAL EDUCATION IN COMPANIES
Abstract:
The theoretical part of the diploma thesis presents the common features of e-learning. Two different systems are presented, open source Moodle and commercial eLeap. Microsoft Solution Framework's (MSF) models and disciplines are described with an emphasis on the ˝readiness management˝ discipline, which explains the approach to knowledge management. Steps of readiness management are thoroughly explained. They are the basis for the module framework which is described in the practical part of the diploma thesis. The practical part presents a detailed description of the building process of the learning module. Steps about how to examine employee’s current knowledge and how to create a learning plan for those employees who do not possess the required knowledge are presented. The module is adjusted for the Moodle system.
