Abstract:
Izziv, ki sem si ga že od nekdaj želel, je oblikovati vozilo, tako se mi je tekom študija ponudila priložnost sodelovanja pri študentskem projektu Formula Student oz. priključitev k ekipi Uni Maribor Grand prix engineering – GPE ter sodelovati kot inženir oblikovanja od ideje do izdelave za dirkalnik GPE12. Diplomsko delo zajema študijo vplivov oblike ter navideznih razmerij dirkalnika, oblikovanje inovativnega dizajna dirkalnika, z upoštevanjem vseh tehničnih lastnosti dirkalnika, zagotoviti trdnostno ustrezno pritrditev in obliko karoserije, določiti smiselne barvne kombinacije dirkalnika ter izdelati fizični model karoserije.

Student racing car design
Abstract:
The challenge that I always want to do, is to design a vehicle, so I became during the study provided the opportunity to work on formula student project – I join the Uni Maribor Grand prix engineering team – GPE, to work as an industrial designer – engineer, from concept, to the manufacturing of the GPE12 car. My thesis covers studying impacts of design and virtual relationships of the car, creating innovative car design, with taking into account all the technical characteristics of the car, to ensure adequate attachment to the chassis and car design, define meaningful color combinations, and create a physical race car body.
