Abstract:
Predmet magistrskega dela je preučitev in uporaba sistema pregledovanja varnosti obstoječih cest v območju nivojskih nesemaforiziranih križišč znotraj naselja. Pregled varnosti obstoječih cest ali križišč, predstavlja redno rutinsko preverjanje lastnosti in napak, ki zahtevajo vzdrževanje zaradi varnosti, kar pomeni, da gre za ugotavljanje morebitnih pomanjkljivosti, ki so nastale v času po predaji ceste ali križišča prometu. V magistrskemu delu je predstavljena domača regulativa, ki ureja področje pregledovanja varnosti cest in območja križišč. Na podlagi predstavljene regulative je prikazana izvedba pregledovanja varnosti obstoječe ceste v območju križišča v primeru križišča v Sveti Trojici. Za križišče, katero je bilo obravnavano zaradi slabe prometne varnosti, je bila podana idejna zasnove rekonstrukcije. Na podlagi podane idejne zasnove so se variante analizirale in izbrala se je optimalna rekonstrukcija križišča – krožno križišče.

Title:
ROAD SAFETY INSPECTION SYSTEM IN THE INTERSECTIONS AREA
Abstract:
Subject of master’s degree thesis is the examination and application of Road Safety Inspection – RSI system of existing roads in the area of level unsignalised intersections within a settlement. A road or intersection safety inspection presents a regular routine checking of properties and defects that require maintenance for safety reasons. This means identifying possible imperfections which have arisen in the period of time after the handover of roads or intersections. In the master’s degree the domestic regulation is presented, which regulates the area of road and intersection safety inspection. On the basis of presented regulation the model of road safety inspection of the existing road in the area of intersection in Sveta Tojica is shown. For the intersection, which was considered to be due to poor road safety, has been made a conceptual design of reconstruction. On the basis of given conceptual design all versions were analyzed and the optimal reconstruction of the intersection, a roundabout, was chosen.
