Abstract:
Na področju izdelave navojev, so zelo poznani postopki izdelave z odrezavanjem. S postopki preoblikovanja pa lahko dobimo navoje, ki so veliko bolj kakovostni, kar se tiče površine in trdnostnih lastnosti. V diplomski nalogi bom predstavil izdelavo navojev s preoblikovanjem. Sem spadajo različni postopki valjanja, ki sprva ločijo na zunanje in notranje valjanje navojev. Drug postopek preoblikovanja je vtiskovanje navojev, ki je precej novejši od valjanja in se uporablja za manjše premere navojev. Podal bom tehnološke postopke izdelave, jih opisal ter podal primere uporabe navojev. Pri izdelavi diplomske naloge bom uporabil metodo s študijem domače in tuje literature. Za zbiranje podatkov in ugotavljanje obstoječega stanja pa bom uporabil pomoč svojega mentorja in somentorja.

Thread rolling and fluteless tap
Abstract:
On area of thread production are good known threads make by cutting. With transforming process we get threads which are better quality at the surface and hardness properties. In the diploma I will present making of threads by transforming. These are different types of rolling that in the beginning separate to internal rolling and external rolling. The other type of transforming is fluteless tapping which is much more new then rolling and it is use to make smaller threads. I will give technological processes of production, describe them and give examples of use. In making of diploma I will use method of studying home and foreign literature. For gathering data and determination existing state I will use help of mentor and co-mentor.
